VW has proven to have developed and installed in the diesel cars it manufactures a "hacked" software, which perceives the engine test in laboratory conditions and shows lower pollutant values, which are in line with the price limits established by the European Union and the Member States for the circulation of cars. While in normal vehicle traffic the pollutant values increase up to 40 times.
The manufacturing company has hidden this crucial fact from the buyers of its cars.
WOLKSWAGEN, after the revelation of the scandal by the US environmental service, has accepted its responsibility through statements by its representatives, and because of the scandal, its top executive has also resigned.
In the US the company has agreed to pay compensation to the car owners of its group.
In Europe the company refuses to pay compensation without a court order. The only solution for the payment of compensation is to go to court.
Already in Germany thousands of owners of WOLKSWAGEN cars and the other companies of the group have turned against the company and the dealer seller, bringing lawsuits for compensation.
German courts vindicate the owners and award damages in their favor.
In Greece, the first decisions have already been issued that vindicate the owners of WOLKSWAGEN group cars.
